Our Story

It all started back in 1998, when Quest opened its doors as a computer rental and training facility. As technology evolved and virtual learning took off, our clients began asking, “Can we use your rooms for other types of meetings too?”

We listened — and the Quest Conference Center you know today was born! We transformed into a vibrant off-site venue designed to bring people together. Whether you’re hosting a corporate strategy session, a networking event, or a private celebration, we’ve built a space that adapts to your needs — with modern amenities, flexible room layouts, catering options, and top-notch AV technology.

Today, Quest is proud to welcome thousands of guests from across the country each year. From small, intimate gatherings to bustling trade shows, our team helps make every event effortless and memorable.

In August 2021, we moved to a brand-new, larger facility in the Polaris area — a modern, light-filled space that celebrates Ohio innovation and achievement. Our two wings highlight meeting rooms named after iconic Ohioans, each chosen to reflect the creativity and bold exploration that define our state. The Ohio Inventors Wing celebrates Thomas Edison, Garrett Morgan, and the Wright Brothers, while the Ohio Astronauts Wing honors John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, Judith Resnik, and Sunita Williams. And in 2024, we expanded again, adding two new rooms and an exhibit space to keep up with growing demand!

Most recently, in May 2025, Quest entered an exciting new chapter under dynamic new ownership with 16th Street Capital — with fresh energy and bold ideas, this next generation is committed to carrying forward Quest’s legacy while shaping an even brighter future.
